Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all items. This is Standard Delivery (2-4 working days) with Hermes.

We aim to send all orders received before 3pm the same working day and if you order after 3pm, we’ll send it the next working day.

Candle care

When lighting your A&J CO. candle for the first time, you need to burn it for at least two hours to make sure the wax melts fully and burns evenly all the way down.

Keep your wick fresh and free from excess carbon build up by trimming it before relighting. You don't need any fancy tools, a pair of tweezers or nail clippers work, or just pinch it away with your fingers.

Please follow all safety instructions on the bottom of your candle.

Returns

If you no longer want your candle you can return, unused to us within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund.

We recommend you order one of our Tealight Testers before committing to a full sized candle if you’re unsure about the scent.
