Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We’d love to offer international delivery soon, let us know on Instagram (@ajcocandles) if you want this!
Can I return a candle if I don’t like it?

My candle arrived damaged, what do I do?
We’re so sorry that your candle is damaged, please email ajcocandles@gmail.com quoting your order number in the subject line and we’ll get this sorted for you ASAP.

What type of wax do you use?
Are your fragrances 100% natural?

Is your packaging plastic-free?
Our
packing peanuts are 100% biodegradable as they’re made from a starch material. When you run water over them, they fully disappear! Try it, it’s really fun and good for the environment.
Do your wicks contain lead?

How can I make sure I like the candle scents before I buy?
We’ve created Tealight Testers so you can try before you buy. We use our leftover wax to make these, meaning we don’t waste a drop while we make our candles.
