Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

We offer free standard delivery on all items. This is Tracked 48 (2-3 working days) with Royal Mail. Once we’ve sent your item, you’ll get a tracking code via the email address you ordered with.


We aim to send all orders received before 3 pm the same working day and if you order after 3 pm, we’ll send it the next working day.


Next Day Delivery

We don’t currently offer Next Day Delivery but are planning to in the future. This is to avoid disappointing any customers while we figure out the best logistics for our new, small business.


If you really need your candle ASAP, please contact us at and we’ll try and sort something out for you.


International shipping

We don’t currently offer international shipping, but we’re planning to expand in the very near future.

Returns Policy

If you no longer want your candle you can return, unused to us within 14 days and we’ll offer you an exchange or a full refund.


We recommend you order one of our Tealight Testers before committing to a full sized candle if you’re unsure about the scent.


If you return or exchange an item, you’ll need to pay for the cost of postage unless it arrived damaged. We recommend you send it using a tracking service, as we aren’t responsible for items lost or damaged (unless already damaged).


Once we’ve received the returned candle, we’ll process your refund within two weeks.
